CGRC is authorized by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) since 2013 as an EB-5 regional Center serving the South East region, most notably in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
We secure funding from foreign investors to support job-creating initiatives through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Our investors, hailing from over a dozen different countries, can attain permanent residency in the United States, along with their families, by investing in eligible U.S. enterprises through our Regional Center.
CGRC’s triumph is attributable to our collaboration with experienced development partners, strict project selection standards, and investments in robust real estate markets. Our aim has always been to pair qualified investors with outstanding job-generating projects that satisfy all the criteria of the EB-5 Visa Program.
